Emmanuel taught high school biology and worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Education, Winneba-Mampong ( Now AAMUSTED). These experiences, both in the classroom and in academic research, sparked his commitment to improving how science and STEM are taught and experienced across African contexts.
